Availability

Once an enquiry is received the dates will be blocked as 'provisionally booked' until confirmed and deposit paid. The availability calendar is kept up to date but in busy times there can be several enquiries at once so in this case it will be a 'first come, first served' basis for date request. 

Note that the property is particularly suitable for couples/friends/a small family with an older child. It is not suitable for younger children and/or infants,  therefore only bookings for a child of 12 and over will be accepted.  One well behaved dog is fine and 2 by further arrangement.
